You will even be able to enjoy working on your lap top or eating on the table while watching your kids on the monitor play in the gym. You may sleep more with your own bedding on the floor, and in one of our two campsites, a small tipi for 2, or your own RV (we have power, water and RV dump). This amazing 1920s cottage has been completely redone. New landscaping and a huge patio make the outdoor space beautiful. This cottage is in a fantastic location, close to ATV trails, mountain biking, paved bike path and fishing. It is easy to get to and from I-70. It is a perfect location for a family vacation to Richfield and Sevier County. It is a family friendly and pet friendly home. The Space: The home is a two bed/one bath cottage in a rural residential neighborhood. The house has been completely renovated inside including new furniture. The kitchen is fully stocked for preparing family meals. The rooms are furnished with hotel quality beds, dressers and chairs. The bathroom is stocked with shampoo, soap and plenty of towels. It is set up to be a comfortable home base for attending events or a exploring all of the great outdoor activities in the area. There is a large patio area with a grill and table with seating for 6. The parking area is graveled and large enough for ATV trailers. If it is in the home, it is for your use. We have tried to include everything we expect and enjoy in a vacation home. Bedrooms- Extra blankets and pillows are in each dresser. Hangers are available in the closets. A pack n play is stored in the middle bedroom closet. Kitchen- There is everything you will need to prepare family meals. You will find a slow cooker, pots and pans, bakeware, utensils and serving ware for 6 people. In the cupboard you will find basic cooking herbs and spices, oil, flour and sugar. A starter amount of coffee, tea and hot chocolate are also provided. Laundry Room- A washer and dryer are provided. Detergent and dryer sheets are on the shelf. There is an iron and an ironing board in the laundry room also. TV room- The TV room is furnished with a large flat screen TV, basic cable, wifi, books and games. Outside- There is a large patio with a grill for your cookouts in the evening. There is a large gravel parking area. Outside spaces- The lawn is being replanted and will be blocked off until it is established. There is a large outdoor space around the home that is not planted ( yet). There is also a large graveled parking area. General location- This cottage is truly in rural Utah. That means that there are farm animals around. You can hear the cows nearby . The neighbor has a large flock of domestic geese. An irrigation canal runs beside the road. There are no street lights and it is pretty quiet here at night and dark. We hope everyone that chooses to stay here is seeking a quiet time away from city noise and crowds. All services, shopping, and larger civilization can be found in Richfield, about 10 miles away. If you are coming to the area for hiking, fishing, geocaching, ATV riding, and other outdoor activities, you will find this cottage is the perfect location. This cottage is the perfect base for exploring everything fun in Sevier County.

We own a kennel on the property. This is a great place to stay and have your pet close for a minimal fee to go for a walk with you. We request that your pets stay in the kennel area to help keep cleaning costs down. The space Please remember you are staying in our home not a hotel. We live on a farm with fields surrounding us. We have a farm house appeal and are secluded even from our small town. We are off the beaten path on a dirt lane. The view of the stars from our trampoline at night can't be beat. Our day view is just as amazing with fields, wildlife, and surrounding mountains. Guest access The guest area has a door dividing the North house from our main home. You can keep the dividing door closed for privacy or open the door if you would like more interaction with our family. The choice is yours. This is changed with each guest. The home has forced air cooling, aka: swamp cooler, in the kitchen window. It has a timer to shut off as needed at night. Included is a remote control to change air flow from the Great Room. Individual room temperature is controlled by opening the window and doors to allow air flow. The swamp cooler does an excellent job. We do accept larger groups up to 12-14 with the understanding that you supply the sleeping bags, air mattresses and tents needed for more than 10 guests. The yard accommodates 6 man tents as it is narrow. The entire fridge and freezer are for your use. It is a side by side counter depth fridge with plenty of room for a several day adventure. The kitchen is completely stocked with all cooking essentials: dish towels & wash clothes, silverware, dishes, mugs, pots & pans, cookie sheets, casserole dishes, cake pans, mixing bowls, hand mixer, cooking/mixing utensils, etc. If you are in need of a specific cooking item feel free to ask if we have it. We supply a Keurig coffee maker that uses K-cup pods as well as hot water for hot chocolate and tea. We have the 'MY K-cup' reusable coffee filter for your personal blend ground coffee. We supply instant regular and decaf coffee, hot chocolate, and orange breakfast drink. Feel free to bring your own k-cups or personal grounds. Dutch oven cooking area, pellet grill with one hopper of pellets included, 2 burner camp chef stove with propane included, grilling utensils, roasting tongs, popup awning, 4 camp chairs are for your use with the understanding that you will clean up all items used. This Cabin is located in Lyman Utah, a quaint little town located between Capitol Reef and Fish Lake. With over 2300 square feet and a fenced in yard, with enough room for 10 people to stay. There are numerous fruit trees and other large trees in the yard that provides shade on a hot day. This cabin has an upstairs and downstairs with 5 bedrooms and three bathrooms. The main level has a large beautiful kitchen and is stocked with your basic cooking needs. The master bedroom has a queen bed and its own bathroom with a tub and stand in shower. In addition to the kitchen and master bedroom the upstairs has a large living room with high ceilings, two more bedrooms and a bathroom. Down stairs you will find a family room/game room with two more bedrooms and a bathroom with a walk in shower. Downstairs is a washer and dryer for your use. There is also an outdoor fire pit for a relaxing evening outside. If you have horses and need a place to keep them, there is a small pasture next to the cabin that can be used upon request. We have a TV with a few Stations and a DVD player. There is also wi-fi access. Lyman is located at the base of Thousand Lake Mountain 3 miles east of Loa the largest town in Wayne County where you can find places to eat, a grocery store, gas stations, national forest office and other stores. It is also 13 miles from Torrey, where you will find bars, restaurants, and other events that go on through the summer. If you want to experience the surrounding area, Lyman is a great central location. It is about 23 minutes to Capitol Reef National Park and 25 minutes to Fish Lake. There are also many hiking and atv trails in the surrounding mountains. Lyman is within an hour drive to numerous fishing and hunting opportunities. For example, there is world class fishing and hunting on the Boulder, Fish Lake, and Thousand Lake mountains. If you are willing to drive a little farther you can do day trips to Lake Powell, Goblin Valley State Park, Bryce Canyon National Park, Grand Staircase National Monument, Canyon lands National Park, and the San Rafael Swell.

It is located on county road 801 and is just two miles north of county road 803 known as the Moore cutoff road. The Moore cutoff road features a series of some of Utah's most famous geologic formations. Lilac Cottage Description Lilac Cottage is a wonderful cottage in Bicknell, UT. Capital Reef National Park is 20 minutes away along gorgeous Highway 24. This home has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a brand new kitchen and bathroom easily accessible to all guests. The second bedroom and bathroom is a more private suite addition with doors to the outside. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking pots, pan, utensils, BBQ grill utensils, dishwasher and food containers. There is an outside propane grill. The pantry has lots of storage and a washer and dryer. Detergent is supplied. The cottage has a king size bed and a queen size bed to accommodate 4 guests. The couch can sleep one adult or two small children. All linens are supplied. The yard is large and has lots of private areas. Even a hammock! There is a lovely covered back porch on which to relax and take in the view of Bicknell Bottoms and Boulder Mountain. There are yard games available which are shared with The Little House, ID # 4507406, another guest rental on the property. The Little House can also be rented for additional guests if you are looking for a family reunion spot. Please Note: there is no air conditioning, however, after living in this home for a year during one of the hottest Summers, I found I never needed it. It is well insulated with large shade trees. Temperatures cool down to 45-55 at night, cooling things down to maintain a pleasant temperature.

The house is approximately 100 yards off highway 89 and is nestled up against a hill. With plenty of seating on the wrap-around front porch, you’ll find the sights and sounds of the country irresistible! In the mornings and evenings, you’ll likely see deer; and maybe some other critters, in the hayfields. At night, you’ll be completely awestruck by the stars! In fact, if you can keep your eyes open long enough after such a fun-filled day; you’ll get to make a wish on a shooting one! The space- This 3 bedroom and 2 bath home will be your private space. In the living room there are incredibly comfy couches with 4 built-in recliners. There is also a table with a cabinet in it that has some games, cards, and a few toys inside to entertain your crew while dinner is being made. The smart TV only accesses a few local channels so Roku and a Netflix account has been set up for guests to enjoy. You may also use your personal login to any apps you may have. The full kitchen has seating and dinnerware for 10. (a main table for 6 and side table that seats 4 with the extra chairs located in the laundry room) There are pots/pans, a crockpot, griddle, toaster, mixing bowls, kitchen utensils, can opener, grater, knives, cutting board, basic seasonings, and plenty of pantry space for your groceries. There’s a bbq outside and inside the back door, you’ll find bbq utensils hanging on the wall. This is also the laundry room where there’s a washer and dryer with detergent, liquid fabric softener, bleach, and dryer sheets for your use. You’ll also find an iron and ironing board, vacuums, a mop and brooms in here. Guest access- The Sevier River is approximately 100 yards behind the main home and is accessible by taking a short stroll down the dirt road on the north side of the house. From there you’ll have to open a gate and climb over a fence but, as long as you remember small town rule #1: ~Always close a gate that you open behind you~ you are welcome to explore! From the top of the hill behind the ranch house you will see Taylor’s Pond, the horse track, the city park, and most of the town! Interaction with guests- We live in town and are available to answer any questions or requests you may have. The front door has a keyless entry with a code that will be given to you after you book so you will be able to check-in at your convenience. If privacy is what you’re after, this is the place for you; although, if you would feel more comfortable meeting us, just let us know! Other things to note- In the closet of the master bedroom there are 2 twin rollaway beds with linens ready to go. You’ll also find extra blankets and pillows, a pack-n-play that can be used as a crib, and a safety gate if there’s an area you’d like to keep a toddler out of.
